About Us

Hi, I’m Casey, founder of Whistler Print-A-Part. Born and raised in Whistler, I’ve always been inspired by the mountains and the passionate athletes and entrepreneurs who call this place home. Today, I work closely with local bike shops, ski shops and other retailers to design and build high‑quality 3D‑printed tools and accessories that solve real‑world problems.

At Whistler Print-A-Part, it’s about more than making products, it’s about supporting the Sea‑to‑Sky community by tackling everyday challenges with custom 3D‑printed solutions. From repairing broken parts and creating custom tool holders, to designing ski canting shims and bike brake bleed blocks, I help Whistler retailers save time, reduce waste, and provide better service to their customers.

I’m always open to new ideas and collaborations. If you have a challenge you’d like solved or a special project in mind, I’d love to help make it a reality!
