At Whistler Print-A-Part, every order is custom-made with care and precision. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your items are shipped.


🛠️ Order Processing Time

  • All products are made-to-order and require production time before shipping.
  • Standard production time: up to 11 business days, depending on order complexity and current workload.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been completed and shipped.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We currently ship within Canada🍁 using the following carriers:

  • UPS – reliable, tracked shipping across Canada
  • Purolator – fast regional and national shipping options
  • Canada Post – economical and standard parcel services
  • DHL - express domestic shipping with full tracking and dependable delivery times

Shipping carrier options will be shown at checkout based on your location and order size.


📦 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Discounted rates may be applied at checkout through our Shopify shipping integration.

❌ Refusal to Pay Duties

If you refuse to pay the applicable duties and your package is returned or abandoned, we do not issue refunds for the product or the shipping fees. Please ensure you are aware of your country’s import rules before ordering.


📬 Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking unless you select the option containing NO TRACKING NUMBER. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active. Please contact us if you do not receive this tracking number.


❗ Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit:

  • Contact us at info@whistlerprintapart.com with your order number and tracking details
  • We will assist in coordinating with the carrier
  • Please note: Whistler Print-A-Part is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping addresses

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item is defective or incorrect due to our mistake. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

If you selected "NO TRACKING NUMBER" at checkout, we cannot offer a refund for any claims that the package did not arrive. We offer the "NO TRACKING NUMBER" option to keep shipping as low as possible.
